My fitness journey started out of curiosity and because I wanted to live a healthier life. After a short period I started applying the information I was learning at my university in my fitness routine. Reading lots of scientific studies regarding the fitness niche I observed that few people use science to optimize their workouts, diets or even just to live healthy. That motivated me to become a member of EBT and to try and raise awarness in the general population about science-based training.
It was a game changing experience for me. I didn't realize that there were so many myths about fitness. Reading the content provided by EBT was an eye-opener.
